Orders are prepared for shipment after payment is confirmed. Processing times can vary during launches, promotions, and holidays. You will receive tracking information by email when your order ships.
Delivery
Available delivery options and estimated costs are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and cart. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs, or an incorrect address.
Address changes
Please contact us as soon as possible at {{ shop.email }} if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing.
Shipping rates
For orders shipping to the United States and China:
- Standard shipping: $8
- Express shipping: $15
- Free shipping on orders of $70 or more
For China, estimated delivery is 7–15 days. Rates and estimated delivery for other destinations are shown at checkout.
International orders
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees charged by local authorities unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with household members and your carrier first, then contact us so we can help review the shipment.
