Refund policy

Returns and exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at {{ shop.email }} with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

For eligible returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Because of hygiene considerations, underwear, swimwear, and items marked final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

How to request a return

Email {{ shop.email }} with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. We will review the request and provide return instructions. Please do not send an item back before receiving approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.
